About the Project
A historic parking garage in downtown Sacramento was rehabilitated to accommodate restaurants on the ground floor, offices on the second floor and condos two floors above. For the law offices, fully customized furnishings were designed to address the specific needs of the partners as well as the acoustical problems of an all concrete shell. Each administrative station is placed in front of a custom acoustical panel, carefully designed to address the sound without obstructing the sight lines to the staff. All files were housed in a custom wood file bank with a concrete top which doubles as giant buffet counter during the many events this space hosts.
