SUSTAINABILITY

A key component of our design approach will be the integration of United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards with the listed project goals, including life cycle benefits of sustainable systems and materials, durability, and construction practices.

Studio Schicketanz has designed three LEED projects currently under construction, and we worked on the first home in Carmel to be registered LEED Platinum. All of the consultants have direct experience working on LEED commercial projects and are fully committed to sustainable design principles.
